Odds & Betting Limits

Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered final once you click the "Bet" button on the betslip. Confirmed bets cannot generally be cancelled, though bolbet reserves the right to void bets under certain circumstances.

If a match is cancelled or suspended

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Once a match has started and a specified amount of play has been completed, the result may be considered valid.
• If a match is suspended during Live Betting, all open bets will be settled at the last confirmed odds.

Technical Error

If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a server error or technical fault, bolbet reserves the right to void that bet. A full refund of the stake will be issued in such cases.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Bolbet supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in BDT.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit ৳300 (may vary by payment method).
• Deposits are credited to your balance instantly. If you experience any issues, contact support with your transaction receipt.
• Depositing using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• BKash and Nagad transactions are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• KYC verification is required for large withdrawal amounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• If bolbet suspects any bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Multiple members of the same household cannot claim the welcome bonus from the same device or IP address.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — such as opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or placing opposing bets — will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
